NOT an April Fools Joke?

Yesterday, Newsarama put up a story about Devil’s Due announcing 2 new books

Then I looked at my calendar, had a good laugh remembering pranks from previous years like Spider-man joining the X-men from a couple years ago (Can anyone find a link to this? My google-fu failed.) and other similar pranks, and then headed on my merry way…

Until this morning.

Stopped into the LCS, picked up my previews. And the books are actually in there! So, either Devils Due went for a really elaborate joke. Or they’re actually doing these books.

For the love of pete, WHY?!? Well, I know why, but damn.
DDP, you just sank to a new low, congratulations.

    ROFL. Wow, thats something else. Talk about cash in. Another term comes to mind as well, “only in America.” Damn, that is awful.
