Watchmen Deleted Scene: Hollis Mason’s Death

by Matt Melnyk

Here’s a little teaser for you Watchmen Fans out there. This scene is from the Director’s Cut which hits shelves next Tuesday, July 21st. Zack Snyder really wanted to keep this scene in the Theatrical Cut, but the Studios bosses wanted a shorter run time. I think it’s done really well and very poetic. Enjoy!

No “Thanks to Cristina for showing me this?”

I have imported the BR of this from the States as the Directors Cut is not coming out here.

Anyway, hot it earlier in the week and the film is still amazing. The added stuff is mostly longer scenes here and there, but the above Hollis Mason death scene works very well within the movie and of course has a knock on affect with Dan.

A great film and the BR is perhaps one of the best presentations of a film I have yet scene in that Hi Def format. A must.
