It looked like an armoured flight suit, which I thought was perfect. Well, with the exception of the helmet, which sucks. I agree, armor that's packing that much weaponry, as well as flight capability is going to be a bit bulkier. Actually if you look at the Ultimate Iron Man mini-series some of the earlier models that hand perfectly round eye holes in the helmet weren't bad designs.
