It’s January, the week after previews has been released and we’re back with a brand new podcast.
What’s on the docket for today?
First we start with a discussion of is Blackest Night just for DC aficionados? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
Second we talk about DCs next annual project, well, technically projects. DC is going to do two biweekly series. One of which will be Brightest Day, an epilogue to Blackest Night.
The other is Justice League: Generation Lost.
Though we’re not quite sure when in continuity this book will take place.
In movie news, Spider-man 4 is dead, instead we’ll be seeing a reboot. Sam Raimi and the film company couldn’t come to an agreement on who the villains would be, what the story would be and Tobey Maguire had said that there were “script issues.” All we know so far is they’re keeping the writers and no one else and plan on moving Peter back to High School.
FCBD brings back one of my constant gripes. Why don’t they make T-shirts in Comic Book Guy Size?
We’re excited about FCBD titles. I’ll add a list of what titles we talk about later.
